1. Flat fee services from our law office require our full receipt of your payment in order for our office to commence any work.

2. Services from our law office under a flat fee non-refundable agreement (advance or otherwise) are non refundable.

3. A copy of this refund policy is available upon written request and our confirmed receipt of the request to mita@carrimanlawgroup.com. 

4. All payments for services are exclusively through electronic payment.
